Hours on door are not accurate. Signs in the office itself say walk-ins are welcome but I was told apt was required. I tried to make an apt and was directed to web sight. On the site it showed open slots but when tried to schedule the spot it would not accept. Apparently no option to actually use this Quest Facility.
ZERO STARS EVERY QUEST LOCATION IS TERRIBLE HATE THIS PLACE
Went in for my appointment, was promptly taken through the intake process, the tech seamlessly stuck my arm and I was out of there in about 15 minutes.
