Made 6:30 am appointment. Arrived on time. Letter posted on door says this location was closed permanently on 7/21/1022. No communication from Quest to alert me. Email and text appointment reminders were even received. Unprofessional.
Very clean, with kind and prompt service! My only complaint would be that the bathroom is poorly setup for a female needing to do a urine test - a little table/shelf/platform near the loo and a trashcan without a lid would've been incredibly handy.
Standing at your door at 6:45am. No one is here. Why do you advertise 6:30am opening when you are not even here.
It was alright
I have used Quest twice in the last two months and both times my experience was great, convenient location, minimum waiting time, experienced caring technician, and Starbucks in store for fasting blood draws.
