Worth making the appointment as far as I can tell (never done it without one at this location). It had me a place in line, simply checked in using a tablet on a stand upon arrival, and was done and ready to go in about 10 minutes for a basic blood draw. The longest part was being in line behind an elderly man who didn't know how to locate letters on a keyboard to check in easily and didn't push the button for an employee to come and help him. HORRIBLE experience! Rude, hostile staff who dug and dug and got no blood - I NEVER had trouble with a blood draw before! CREEPY, WITCHY atmosphere as well.
