Technician who did my blood draw was excellent, very skilled, professional, very nice to deal with, and on time. In addition, my test results were available online, very quickly, viewable by both my doctor and I. Since I have had this test before, I can also see how my results have tracked over time.
My appt was at 6:50. I walked in, checked in on the kiosk and didn't even have time to sit down before getting called back. The staff was so friendly and quick. I was done and out the door by 7:00am.
got the older hispanic gentleman and he was amazing. i nearly always black out with blood draws and the needle hurts and its just a bad time for me. he was so easy going and nice and asked me if i had preferences for location since most people know their body best. i said whatevers going to make it easiest on me. i barely even felt the needle, did didnt pass out or even come close to it. he got everything he needed out of me and it was a breeze. possibly the best and easiest blood draw ive ever had and i have to do them ever... read more
