got the older hispanic gentleman and he was amazing. i nearly always black out with blood draws and the needle hurts and its just a bad time for me. he was so easy going and nice and asked me if i had preferences for location since most people know their body best. i said whatevers going to make it easiest on me. i barely even felt the needle, did didnt pass out or even come close to it. he got everything he needed out of me and it was a breeze. possibly the best and easiest blood draw ive ever had and i have to do them ever... read more
The technician was not experienced at all she hurt me so bad that I had to ask her to remove the needle from my arm as it was to painful to continue. She did not get any blood at all from me due to her inexperience. I have had my blood drawn regularly for over 30 years now and never had to stop in the middle die ro pain from the needle or technician. This was an absolute horrible experience and I wil not be ever returning to Quest doe to this. Side note I went to a different lab the same day and the technician was wonderful ... read more
