Labs were sent in 4 days prior to arrival. Got checked in, stated they didn't get them. They were resent. I was told i was put on hold for labs as I was in the building. Waited over another hour after having to recheck back in
Thomas and Kira were amazing with me I am a very hard stick and they were so kind and patient with me. I will come here again 100% because of them!
I do not understand what happened. Your blood draw people are so unfeeling. I have donated blood for 60 years and never have had an issue. Please send your people to their office to see how it is done. I pay you for your service, Oneblood pays me, they are so nice, the needle is bigger and the whole time I am at Oneblood I am fine. Why have you changed and what happened to cause this?
