I came here to get a blood draw and it was without question the best one I've ever had. I hate getting my blood drawn, they always seem to have trouble finding the right spot, but miss Tina did an excellent job. No pain, I didn't even feel a pinch. She was done so quickly I didn't even have time to feel anxious. She deserves a raise. I hope her talent is recognized, because in my experience it is rare. Thank you for making an experience I usually dread quick and painless

I like the ease of checking in here. I also like the way the Waiting area is kept very clean. After I checked in and got seated it wants very long that one of the ladies came out to take in someone who was adhead of me. I was just here to drop Samples for testing. She asked if I was testing or dropping off, and I told her I was just dropping off, so she went ahead and called me back to a room and signed my test sample in and I was on my way out. Rude service as soon as walking into the front door. Had a drop off lab, drove nearly 2 hours because the Quest in my area said they couldn't accept the sample. The lady immediately rudely instructed me "I can't take things from your hand! You can sign in and wait!" What am I supposed to do with a frozen sample that my son needs for his surgery, all while having to be back at an appointment in less than an hour. Super inconvenient and rude employees!
