First of all, I had to drive from Tifton to Douglas to do the test and then my name was incorrect on my form after it was supposedly checked and rechecked all while the collection person had my Drivers license in her possession the whole time.
Great visit, I was seen on time, actually I was taken back a few minutes before my scheduled time, the phlebotomist was friendly, very good at her job, and very thorough. I was done in less than 5 minutes
Once I registered on-line,and followed the instructions to click the link when I arrived it went smoothly and didn’t wait long at all.
Short wait time Very professional
My lab technician was great!!
