Worst customer service, came in for an appt. Which i was told in the IVR and online that those are priority. Yet, ALL THE WALK INS were taken care of before me yet my appt was within the walk in times. Get your shit together, those of us that do right get ignored.
Had a confirmed 6:50 AM appointment at Quest Boynton Beach. Staff failed to assist, denied my booking, and spoke dismissively. Extremely poor service — needs management attention.
Horrible experience staff is miserable , When I asked for manager she was condescending and very disrespectful and disingenuous. Called me a Heathen. I wish I had the managers name but she slammed the door and would not answer.
Very convenient early morning appointment. Was called in on time. The technician was pleasant and efficient in her work. The entire experience was less that 3 minutes for bloodwork and urine collection. The place was clean and sanitary. The only suggestion is to not use masking tape to tamp down the gauze after collection but to use some friction bandage material. Easier on the hairs of my arm.
