I scheduled a appointment for 2:40 PM that day, as that’s all they had available but I showed up at 12:15 during my lunch break and hopes of maybe just getting a walk-in appointment as I really needed to get the test done but wouldn’t be able to come back in time due to a work meeting. Hands down the BEST Quest experience ever! An absolute 10/10! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the most warm, professional, and genuinely caring team of ladies. Staff are very pleasant and friendly. They are professional and know what they are doing. I have rolling veins and I'm so impressed how easily they can locate with ease where to draw blood from. I always thank them and tell them how much I appreciate their expertise.
I visited Quest two times for bloodwork my daughter needed. The location is convenient and the closest to home. I was seen right on time and all staff encountered were friendly to me. Great with my daughter who is apprehensive about needles. I picked up some items I needed afterwards at the grocery store. I would recommend this location.
The ladies at the lab were very patient and caring with my kids. They never seemed to be rushing to finish it and made sure they would just put the needle in my kids arms once they were very sure where the vein was. I am impressed with their care and skills to do this job! It’s a shame I cannot remember their names, but was at the Randall’s location at broadway street.
