I visited Quest two times for bloodwork my daughter needed. The location is convenient and the closest to home. I was seen right on time and all staff encountered were friendly to me. Great with my daughter who is apprehensive about needles. I picked up some items I needed afterwards at the grocery store. I would recommend this location.
I always have a great experience at Quest Diagnostics in Pearland. The staff is professional and courteous, but Ms. Jones truly stands out. She’s really good at what she does—professional, gentle, and efficient. I always appreciate her excellent care and kindness!
Staff are very pleasant and friendly. They are professional and know what they are doing. I have rolling veins and I'm so impressed how easily they can locate with ease where to draw blood from. I always thank them and tell them how much I appreciate their expertise.
The ladies at the lab were very patient and caring with my kids. They never seemed to be rushing to finish it and made sure they would just put the needle in my kids arms once they were very sure where the vein was. I am impressed with their care and skills to do this job! It’s a shame I cannot remember their names, but was at the Randall’s location at broadway street.
