I went to this location of Broadway inside the Randalls. And these ladies was wonderful. The previous location left me in tears. But theses ladies made sure I was taken care with grace and professionalism. I thank you for taking such great care of me. Harrell, Unitra, Craigtisha I hope they give you a raise. Your compassion is need at this facility.
Paul was friendly, skilled and professional. I was impressed with his skill, mannerism and even the smallest gesture that are second nature matter. He did not know I am a RN, and have experience with lab draws, his skill and technique are exceptional and go above and beyond. Kudos to Paul and Quest for understanding the importance of skill, but even more important - caring enough to ensure optimal customer care.
I scheduled a appointment for 2:40 PM that day, as that’s all they had available but I showed up at 12:15 during my lunch break and hopes of maybe just getting a walk-in appointment as I really needed to get the test done but wouldn’t be able to come back in time due to a work meeting. Hands down the BEST Quest experience ever! An absolute 10/10! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the most warm, professional, and genuinely caring team of ladies. The earliest appointment time I could get for my fasting blood work was 10:10. I came up early to see if they could work me in so I could eat and they did. I arrived at Quest at 9am and by 9:20 I was eating a kolache.
