My visit was excellent, except for one thing...I had to wait an hour to get in to see the tech. It was totally my fault because I should have made an appointment, which others did who were seen before me. But when I saw the tech, it was almost worth the wait. She was TERRIFIC. She was very attentive, considerate and efficient. I can't speak highly enough of her. I wish I remembered her name so I could call her out specifically but she represented Quest to the highest degree!
I have been to many Quest Diagnostics and I accidentally clicked on this one as it was close to my employment and even though I never been there before I decided to keep my appointment and go. I am sorry that I chose to keep my appointment as this was not a pleasant experience. Made my apt showed up and was in and out in short time. Techs working today were great. The lady helped me and was perfect. Almost makes me wonder if the bad reviews are walk Ins not wanting to wait or generally unwilling to be responsible. I had a great experience.
I took my 10 year old daughter there yesterday to have blood drawn. She was really nervous and scared. Carlos was AMAZING. He was kind and patient. He talked to her and helped calm her down. I was really impressed with his professionalism and efficiency. I would recommend anyone going to this location for a blood draw. Thank you!
I am 73 and hadn't had blood drawn in about 13 years, so I was really nervous. Michelle was just amazing! I didn't feel the needle and she drew 6 tubes of blood with very little effort. I am so glad that I picked a day that she was working. She was friendly and very efficient. I will definitely be checking to see if she is on duty, in the event that I have to go back. Definitely a good experience.
