Even with an appointment you have to wait i also showed up 10 mins early just to be here and took over 50 minutes, absolutely unacceptable. Saw people show up 10 mins late to appointment and even though I was here early I was seen way after people showing up late, flawed system.
Most every phlebotomist that I've been to has a problem finding the in my right arm. I don't like it when they stick the needle in, then can't find it so they have to pull it out halfway (while still in my arm) and then they push it back in at a different angle, and try a different angle and--hey, let's try ANOTHER angle until they find blood. The skills of the staff are excellent. The staff are friendly yet professional. The facility is clean.
The clinician who took my lab samples was exceptionally warm, present, and attentive.
