I love coming to this location as they are always on time, efficient and personable. Check in is a breeze!
Test missing, PSA incorrect in Quest software. Same problem as last time. My coverage is UHC, PSA covered completely annually, Quest software says partially and possible $178 fee. That's incorrect! I called UHC; they told me that they had problems with Quest for PSA, members were incorrectly billed.
I was seen on time and the woman who took my blood was very careful, kind and competent. The location is great, too: clean, modern and convenient—a wonderful improvement over the old location.
