Very low performing office
My stool sample was to include cdiff, it was not. I left my sample in Sacramento and I live in Southern Ca. (Because I was visiting my children) Quest had to ship it to so Cal. The sample was taken Thurs 9/25. Evidently they only test these Tues-Sat. Neither of which I was informed. I finally got the results back late Wed. 10/1. This is totally unacceptable. The main problem was it was not tested for c-diff, the #1 reason my Dr ordered this. She was told there was not enough sample to test for this. I even questioned the tec... read more
Avoid this lab. My wife and I were visiting in the area and she was sick. Dr. requested a sample and test run. This was on a Thursday. By the following Tuesday there were no results and Doctors office found out that Quest shipped the sample 400 miles to test it near our home. And they said they only test on Tuesday thru Saturday. On Wednesday the doctor got the results and was told they didn't run the test the doctor asked for. They ran other tests and claimed they didn't have a large enough sample to run the test the doctor... read more
Every single person that works there is so kind and accomadating. I feel very comfortable. Be sure to make an apointment as they can get super busy
