Just spent an hour of my morning waiting around for my 0940 appointment and I had to give up and leave. And I don’t understand why the Staff told me to check in the 2nd time when I asked about my status and lost my name in the appointment queue!?!? Meanwhile, while waiting I was able to help a non-english speaker patient to check-in into the kiosks since the Staff literally refused to help him. ZERO ⭐️ for service. 03-2026: THIS time seems a lot better overall.
Got to my appointment a couple minutes early and checked in. Was barely sitting in the waiting room for any time before they called me back. Staff members were friendly and professional.
