Overall experience was very good .
Jessica who works at Quest 85 seymour street is great! Not only is she nice and easy to talk to she luvs her job and it shows! She takes the time to help others in need of assistance with the check in machine with a smile even though she's got a room full. She's quick!! When I had Bloodwork done I happened to look over and she was putting on the bandage! I didn't feel a thing. She knows what shes doing thats for sure! I'd be happy to have someone like Jessica as an employee of mine. She really deserves 5 + ★★★★★s
If I could give no stars, I would. Very unprofessional staff what is the point of making an appointment if appointments aren’t kept my appointment was at 8:30 AM. I was not seen until 8:45 AM due to the fact that the phlebotomist brought her child to work with her. I don’t think that sanitary when people have serious health concerns when they come to that environment.
The female phlebotomist that took my blood sample was by far the most professional, efficient (Took me in for visit ahead of schedule), careful & outgoing I've ever had the pleasure of taking my blood. She should be promoted to being the manager of the 85 Seymour Street location! 👍
