I had a great experience during my last visit to Quest Diagnostics. The entire process was very well organized, from check-in to the completion of my tests. Clean and plenty of seating available. Enjoyed having a monitor to see the queue. Also, the person who drew my blood was amazing. She made me feel welcome and I can tell her sincerity when speaking with her.
Excellent experience overall. The place is clean and my wait not too long.
Don't come here as a walk-in. I've been here for over an hour. I've been asking if I'm even going to get in and they said it might be hours. They should just tell you that on the check-in screen that they are not going to be able to see you if you don't have an appointment. I'm very frustrated.
