I was so happy when I walked in and got Ashley like all the reviews talk about 😂. She truly is great and just a ray of sunshine. It was quick and painless too. Thank you Ashley! This Quest is so efficient too - I made an appointment and the moment I sat down, they called me in. This is the second time here I’ve had such a seamless experience and I’m so grateful for it.
My lab tech was thee sweetest (has butterfly decor in her space). I'm grateful to have been paired with her, she gave me an amazing personable experience. I booked an appointment and that is 1000% the way to go!!! My time was honored completely, otherwise it would've been about an hour wait. My reason for giving 4 stars is due to something I witnessed and not my own experience. This location seems to only have self check in, which is not as accommodating especially for elderly patients. This visit made me feel Great about coming. I had the opportunity to meet my nice lady collection of my bloodwork the sign in process was amazing process and all I always preferred Quest to conduct my bloodwork orders!!!
I had a great experience. I was in and out in just a couple of minutes, and the results came back in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend this place.
