ASHLEY was the most adept technician I've had here. She was kind, friendly, joyful and professional. I was seen just 15 minutes after I arrived - and I was 10 minutes early. My biometric screening took 15 minutes and I left with a smile on my face and a bandaid on my arm.
In and out right at my appointment time on a Thursday afternoon. Kenisha was fantastic!
Fast. Professional. Skilled phlebotomists. Online access to test results. All outstanding!
Lab tech did not sanitize her hands or wear gloves when drawing my blood. She used the same tourniquet that she used on other patients without sanitizing it. She also did not apply a proper pressure dressing afterwards which left my site to bleed and bruise even though I am not on blood thinners. This is totally unacceptable!
