A positive experience for me today! From rep at front reception kiosk (im sorry I didn't get her name) to phlebotomist Ashley, every one was professional, efficient and accommodating. Pleasant atmosphere.
Had such a positive experience here! Came for Function blood work and was seen before my appointment time and it was so smooth and quick. In and out in less than 20 minutes.
Quest Diagnostics visit. I made an appointment and was called in as soon as I arrived. The lab technician was very kind and gentle and drew my blood with care and expertise.
The technician was friendly, patient and kind. Everything was conducted in a sterile and professional manner.
