Ashley H. was very professional and kind. She took me back right at my appointment time and explained what she was doing each step of the way. She even had music playing in her room to make what could be an annoying process more enjoyable. Promote Ashley!

This was the first time that I had my blood drawn here. I counted Ashley as one of my blessings of today. She did an excellent assessment, particularly since I have extremely small veins. Ashley drew blood at her first attempt. I was so impressed by her professionalism, the respect she provided me, and her ability to connect with me. Moreover, she is cordial and made me feel like a valued patient. I am grateful to her. Ashley is awesome!!
