My experience with Quest has always been great. The staff is professional and efficient. The only suggestion is that they could smile when they greet you. Some look bored.
It was so easy to schedule my blood draw online and check myself in when I got to the building. As soon as I walked in to find a spot to sit in the waiting room my name was called and off I went to get my blood work done. I'd recommend Quest Diagnostics to anyone who wants a quick professional job done.
I was sent over for pre-op blood tests and did not have an appointment. When I checked in electronically, it said I would be waiting about 15 minutes, which was reasonable. It wasn't even 5 minutes. Technician was great. I was in and out. Thank you so much!
