timely service and excellent care
Best technician,Varsha, I’ve ever had there, didn’t even feel the injection
The location and people at this location are great however corporate is absolutely horrible. Wait times on the phone are very long, the portal will not accept my identity verification and the live agent Amanda will disconnect on you and not answer a simple question such as when will my doctor get the results. Completely unacceptable! I will never use Quest again seeing as though they have bad customer service and have appeared to lose my son's blood/results.
