Jerry at the Keller location was awesome. Even though it was busy he got everybody through efficiently, had a great personality and best of all he didn’t hurt me. Didn’t even feel it!
Biggest problem: the computer system is always failing. The technician does everything they can to get the information processed but their system keeps freezing and messing up. This is the second time I have used Quest this year and it was the same issue the last time — different technicians. I waited way too long just to get a simple blood draw while other people were waiting in the lobby for their turn. It wastes everyone's time unnecessarily. Phoebe was very professional and pleasant. She was quick and painless with the blood draw and I have no bruising at all.
Fully automated phone system. Can't speak with a rep directly. I have questions i need answered. I'll take my business elsewhere.
I had a really great experience at this lab. The staff were very kind, understanding, and professional, and the facility was clean and well organized. I went there for a blood test, and the whole process was quick, easy, and handled with great care and professionalism. The only thing I didn’t really like was that the waiting area was quite small.
