The staff person was great! The location inside a grocery store is horrible. Absolutely no privacy and no room to wait. Awful!
technician was very competent and friendly. location is convenient and hourss are good.
Your online system is horrible. Tom Thumb location in Keller not shown. Tried to take open time at TT Southlake and slow system finally said it was already taken. Went to TT Keller and tried to sign in for wait list but system was not functioning and several customers after my were not able to sign in either. Some had appointments and some did not. Update your system!
These ladies are so fast, friendly and helpful. Love Quest in Keller Tom Thumb.
