Easy to make an appointment. Convenient location. Nice staff.
I had a disappointing experience with the lab. My doctor ordered a biotin test, but later I was told the test could not be performed because the sample was left exposed to light. This appears to be a handling error that caused me inconvenience and may require another blood draw. I hope the staff improve sample handling and communication with patients in the future.
