I had an appointment and they still made wait over 30 minutes past my reservation time.
I loathe having my blood taken! The fear and terror I feel often renders me to tears. But not anymore all thanks to Ericka!! She has the coolest vibe and supremely elite, Jeti, stealth blood drawing mastery! It was practically over before I even realized what was going on. Honestly, I might go so far as to say the whole experience was actually delightful! Now I’m looking forward to any future lab work as long as it’s with my new, baddie, bestie, Ericka!!

Quest in The Glen is always on time, the phlebotomists are friendly and professional. Pretty much pain-free. Efficient and take all the precautions necessary for a safe blood draw AND to ensure that MY name is on the vial.
