The location was clean, orderly, and the wait was minimal. My technician, GiGi was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. Overall a quick and pleasant experience.
Have been going to Quest Labs at this location for 5 years. Always with an appointment prior to going. Check-in is very convenient and the appointment is always within a reasonable wait time. The staff have always been very friendly and experienced.
My regular technician was training someone. The trainee was not ready to be drawing blood. She tightened the tourniquet so tight my arm was red. Forgot to take it off. I have bulging veins and yet she was tapping them while the tourniquet. Was excruciating, jammed the needle in and wiggled the a needle around. She jammed, I mean so hard that she blew a vein. And I bled through two pads. Inexcusable. She needed more training. Never again will I let someone from your company train on me
