Sonia at Quest on Seacrest Blvd in Boynton Beach is incredible at her craft. Going to ask for her for all future blood draw needs, as long as she still works there. She's great!!
Easy to get an appointment online, able to check-in on a kiosk in the office. The waiting room itself is very bare bones, but quick and convenient service.
Horrible, horrible location. The waiting room is incredibly tiny and cramped with no room to breathe, no windows, nothing. When they call you back, all of the patient doors are left open so there is no privacy whatsoever. And the staff are horribly unempathetic; a baby cried - no, screamed - for five straight minutes. I'm on the autism spectrum and those screams sent me into a full-blown panic attack. I tried breathing exercises, I plugged my ears, but it just kept screaming, and the phlebotomist didn't care at all for eithe... read more
