I went to Quest today for a comprehensive blood test. The nurse took seven vials of blood — I thought it would hurt, but Gigi did an amazing job! I didn’t feel a thing, not even a pinch. Before the draw, she clearly explained how much I would need to pay after insurance coverage, and then proceeded with the test. This was the first time I’ve had such a great experience at Quest — everything went smoothly from start to finish!
My experience was great this was my first time having to get blood work done. I made an appointment walked in checked in on the self check in which was quick and easy, waited about 5mins and was taken back by Tina who did an excellent job she made me feel very comfortable. I was in and out in about 20 minutes overall experience was great definitely get Tina she’s wonderful!
Excellent experience at Quest Diagnostics (Seacrest next to Bethesda East Hospital). Check-in was quick, the staff was friendly, and the nurse was incredibly professional and compassionate. Highly recommend this location!
I highly recommend if your veins are hard to find come here and ask for Gigi she was amazing she took her time and is very professional,I struggle with blood work bc of my veins and I was so happy with this location everyone was so kind and willing to help
