The staff person was kind, efficient, and highly skilled. The lack of an address for GPS purposes is very challenging. The fact that there is an interior door that opens into the mall that remains locked is a problem. I stood outside the door for several minutes before a passerby suggested there was another entrance. Some signage would solve that issue. Overall this is a great option for lab work, but its location is odd and it really helps to have been there once before you try to make it there for an appointment.
Love how you can book your appointment online and check in is so simple. Always clean, organized and professional. Results are given within 24 hours on most tests.
Was glad they were open, as the weather was bad. The waiting room was warm & well lit & check- in instructions were clear & easy to follow. After only a short wait I was seen. My tech was a very polite, competent & kind young man. He did a good job. The visit only took a little while. I was happy w/ my visit.
I’m here for my appointment and the business is just closed. There’s no one here. I have the email and everything.
