Yohana (at Prairie City Rd. in Folsom, CA) was very skilled at finding a vein that produced without turning me into a pin cushion. I am afraid of blood draws due to many negative experiences and badly bruised failed attempts. She was not only painless, but was extremely thorough to take the time to actually feel my arm to find a producing vein. I will base my future appointments for when she is available. Also I was a walk-in and was seen within 20 minutes! Amazing.
Very easy to make appointment online and to check in online. Usually get in right on time. This visit was 10 minutes behind, but once in, very quick visit. Super nice phlebotomist. Zero pain. Great visit.
If you have other options, don’t go there. They can easily mix up your results and then just tell you that they don’t have them anymore. And now they are saying they need to draw blood again.
My lady that drew the blood was FABULOUS!!! I will always come to you for lab work!!!
