Nicole was not only amazing at being able to draw blood the first time (no one usually can), but she was very polite and professional as well. Right before my blood draw someone spilled coffee all over the lobby and she had to clean it up, but she was very gracious about it, and changed gears quickly after. Really grateful for a good place to get blood draws.

Quest opted to eliminate the waiting room for those waiting for their glucose tolerance/gestational diabetes tests, they didn’t turn this space into an extra draw room, they simply opted to take this amenity away from vulnerable pregnant women and turn it into a storage closet. My doctor recommended I go to this location so I would be able to wait the 1-3 hours comfortably, now I have to wait in the waiting room with coughing individuals or in my car with no access to a bathroom. Shame on Quest!!

I drive out of my way to this location because of the experience I have experienced time after time. I don't know if I'm lucky or this location, 1750 Prairie City Rd Ste 100 Folsom, just hires awesome employees. I can be a hard stick, but this location always seems to be excellent at hitting the vein first time. And, the staff has always been very friendly.
