Great experience! The staff at the front were friendly and professional while Brittany, who did the blood draw, was awesome. Despite being someone who hates needles, I couldn't even feel it. Overall, it was a great experience! ...and Brittany, you rock!!!
Had an appt at 7:30, was out by 8. Staff was great, they do not take walk-ins per the lady at the front desk.
The office is filthy -the place looks like it hasnt been cleaned in days. Lots of visible debris on the floor. Electronic check-in was quick and dehumanizing...the system didn't know I had an appointment today. Had to give a urine sample, directions on the wall say "wash hands thoroughly" ...soap dispenser doesn't work. I received precious little information about my test or what I was supposed to do.
