I called to schedule appointment, checked in online and was brought right in at my appointment time. The staff was very friendly and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. This is my third or fourth visit to this location and every experience was similar
I know it's not the employee's fault but she says she is the only one working in the lab and has patients backed up. Quest you could do better by fully staffing your labs!
She was a great phlebotomist didn’t feel a thing!
Easy to make my appointment and service was on time with no waiting. Staff was excellent
