At 15 minutes after my appointment time, with about 7 people ahead of me on the board, a lady came out and said it would be about 25 minutes (which you know was a conservative estimate). I was there on my lunch, I had the courtesy to follow their instructions and make an appointment, they just didn't know how to hold an appointment. There was no AC, summer in Folsom, and there were at least 2 ladies carrying on phone conversations on speaker. Been trying for weeks to get appt. Came as a walk in for 3 times! No help. I am 77 years old and can't fast all day to get an appt. Again I tried via computer to get appt and the recording said it was not going thru. What the hell?! I am sick of your establishment! 8 people taking blood and not one working with walk-ins!
I had a frustrating and unprofessional experience at this Quest Diagnostics location. During my appointment, I asked the phlebotomist how many vials of blood would be needed for my tests. She said she didn't know and would have to run the order, but repeatedly warned me that if I chose not to take all the draws in one sitting, it would create extra work for her.
