Very busy. I made an appointment and still waited 15+ minutes
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place moves so slow it's pathetic. A blood draw is just a 10 minute process there's no reason a walk in should have to wait OVER 4 HOURS for a blood draw! There have been people showing up early for appointments leaving before standby walk ins. This isn’t "prioritizing" appointments first this is a severe lack of care, consideration, and organization. I feel bad for the staff here, they’re clearly understaffed and very stressed. Do not visit without an appointment; you won’t get seen as a walk-in, even if you arrive at/before opening.
