Great location for me. Clean, easy check in. What I don’t like is there isn’t anyone available to ask questions. No customer service #, and you walk in & the front desk is not manned. Sometimes we need help & someone should be there. The girl missed my vein on one side & left a bruise on the other side. That’s never happened to me at a lab until this time. Maybe it was an off day for her.
I had one of the best experiences today with my blood draw. The woman who did it was so kind, patient and personable. If you ever read this, thank you. You’re a gem in this world. Thank you for being you! :)
