Despite all the negative reviews, I’ve had a wonderful experience here in the past two weeks. Both ladies were so nice and caring, they kept me in high spirits as I was nervous about the glucose tests for expecting mamas. My tip would be to schedule your appointment as early as possible. I did 7am for today’s test and there isn’t a huge crowd.
The worker there was very nice, but somehow the Quest lab got a completely erroneous result on one of the tests (perhaps swapped people, or just did it wrong) that had to be redone.
Overall a good experience. I'm only writing to help the next person. I don't do reviews. Judy was very nice, allowed me a couple extra minutes after the blood work to sit. And she was pretty patient based off the amount of people that were in that waiting room.And i'm sure she gets pushed to go through a lot of people every day. I personally don't like giving blood, and she was understanding. Over all the waiting room didn't have a good feel to it.And kind of had a smell, there was a lot of people there. Worse parking than DC. Who ever made 10 parking spots for 5 different business', on a one way road, you suck.
