Scheduled an urian test appointment on the iPad and then came back 2 hrs later. Waited over 2 hours after my appointment time. Ridiculous... Never going back
Extremely frustrating experience. My appointment was delayed by an hour, and I had to sit and wait the entire time with no clear instructions. They mention that walk-ins are allowed, but when you arrive, you’re told an appointment is required anyway. Even with an appointment, the wait time was still excessive. Overall, very poorly managed and disappointing service.

Walked in today because I'm having serious health problems and need to have testing done. There was literally no one here so I checked myself in as a walk in. An extremely rude woman walked out and told me that they will only take me if someone cancels an appointment (again there was literally no one there) and I HAD TO make an appointment despite the fact that it says walk ins welcome.
