Very efficient system and app, easy to make an appointment and provide all information ahead. After phone check in, was called in no time. Very friendly and kind staff. The New London location has never disappointed me!
Latisha and Sheila were absolutely amazing with my one-year-old. I was extremely anxious walking in, and they immediately put both my child and me at ease. Their kindness, patience, and gentle approach exceeded my expectations. I know it may seem like something small, but as a parent, it meant everything to feel supported and understood in such a stressful moment. I am truly grateful for the care and compassion they showed us.
They are great people but at least when they close they should at least post it on the website. I'm here waiting for my appointment at 9:00. You check the internet and they say it's open but it's nobody here. Come on guys. You can do better than this
Took my 4 year old autistic daughter , its always a very hard time when it comes to blood work but Latisha sorry if im spelling it wrong made it a very lovely experience. Thank you so muchh
