I provided my insurance details but they did not bother to add to their system. They send a huge bill to my address. Calling their phone number no use.

I took My kid to blood work , the employee is inefficient and punctured kid hand twice to draw blood, my kid has blood clots around it now.
Phlebotomist was great, bloodwork and process was smooth, in and out quickly. She knew her stuff and it the draw wasn’t painful.
I went for a blood draw. The poke was pretty painful and the blood oozed more than what I expected or had experienced from other blood draws in UT Southwestern. This is not the first time. I’d avoid this location.
