The entire office is shoddy and bathroom is in disrepair, dirty with no hand towels or waste paper basket If this is because of drug testing than another bathroom is needed to accommodate as well as sterile appearing office Very unhappy. One star because I had to in order to post.
Awesome people with great service. This is surprising that I didnt feel the needle this time around, when the specialist used a butterfly needle. It was effortless on her side as she was younger and very energetic. The results came the very next day. The parking is public, metered, abs it took me a little time to figure out that I must remember my parking spot number to enter in the meter to validate the parking, Although the meter have me a ticket without everything any parking spot number. Easy parking acess, really easy process to check in even if you do not have an appointment. Wendy assisted me and my husband and she was extremely professional, gentle, and kind. She did an excellent job drawing my blood and made the whole process quick and comfortable. Highly recommend.
I was very satisfied with my experience at Quest. Check in was easy, wait time was quick, everyone was friendly.
On vacation, this location was closest to our hotel. Family member needed a simple UA. We are still waiting over 36 hours for a simple urine test. I can see the culture taking a little bit longer,if there is one, but not a basic UA. Also, 3 people were taken in front of her when they were just walk-ins. We had an appointment. Horrible customer service.
