Nurse Mercedes was AMAZING!! When I tell you amazing, I mean EXCEPTIONAL. I hate it with a passion to get bloodwork done, but I hope I get her every time. She was so sweet and kept me calm while drawing my blood. She sticked me and I didn’t even feel it. I didn’t bruise either. Honestly, I hope Quest diagnostics gives this woman the kudos she deserves. She’s amazing and literally made my day. We need more people as kind and awesome as her. Also, she kept the Christmas spirit going for me.
Had an appointment for 3:10 pm. Got off of work early so checked in at 1:40. I asked a lady if they could take me in earlier since it showed my appointment time wasn’t till 3:10 still. Waited about 30 minutes, no one was in the lobby. I knocked on the door just to confirm they can take me earlier or I should just come back since I live around the corner and had to pee. They said they wouldn’t be able to see me till 3:10. All of that after waiting for 30 minutes.
This is the best Quest location EVER. I've had a range of experiences from other ones but every time I go in this one they work efficiently and are super friendly. Was there this morning and was in and out in 10 mins all the while everyone was happy and friendly.
I went in at 320p on Friday 10/24/25 right after a very important doctor’s appointment. (I don’t want to encourage anyone to go in so close to closing, I just happened to make it in before they locked the doors). After I realized how late it was for them, I offered to come back next week. I’m kicking myself for not remembering her name because the tech who helped me was patient, compassionate, understanding & just all around wonderful. The place is excellent. The person who gave me service was good. My only complaint is that I was left with a bruise when I had my blood drawn.
