Blood draw was professional but they seem to have no system that prevents long waits, like the hour I just experienced
There is an arrow that says "check in here'. But it's in a different place than the actual check in Kiosk. Causes confusion and makes people wait unchecked in for a very long time. Move the kiosk under the "check in" Arrow! For the love of God.
They DO NOT TAKE WALK INS. If you walk in, they will make you wait until every single appointment has been seen- so if you're lucky, you'll get in at 4 pm. Labs are something you can't always schedule. We saw our doctor, she requested labs as soon as possible, so we walked in. We waited for an hour and a half, and there is no front desk or anyone to ask for updates. I finally waited until they came out to call someone and asked, and they said we'd have to wait for all appointments to be seen, even people who came in an hour ... read more
We walked in and waited almost an hour and a half, to which we were told that we would be taken after all the morning appointments, which were 20 minutes behind. Worst walk-in policy ever. Don't go here.
