Just did walk in all appointments where for after 3pm. Only had to wait 5 minutes
It has been 7 days with 2 simple blood tests and NO RESULTS OR ANY WAY TO SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON when I call!!! I have repeatedly submitted "Request help for results" but to no avail. No text. No email to my account. I will NEVER go to Quest again! I am STILL waiting for my results & at this point will be surprised if they ever show up! Find somewhere else to go for your lab work!
Jenne was a wonderful woman!!!! We engaged in a conversation about the things she likes , there was a sign that told me about her in a fun way. She was very kind and pleasant. I would request her from now on that how much I enjoyed her.
I was in and out of the door in maybe four minutes! Janee is welcoming, professional, ACCURATE and fast.I haven't had blood drawn in years and was a bit nervous, as I'm obese and have "rolling" veins. Nerves abated due to an excellent experience :) I'll ask for this location and for Janee, should I need blood drawn in the future. Thank you!
