I have had lots of lab draws here and have always had a great experience. Today I almost passed out and the phlebotomist was so kind, put an ice pack on my neck and helped me until I was feeling better. Went totally above and beyond and was so helpful. It’s also always clean and when I have scheduled appointments they have always been on time.
Making an appt. is the way to go. Walk-ins best back snacks, could be a while.
The black lady with glasses (sorry I do not recall her name) was able to get me in last minute and helped me get very critical lab work completed. Please give this worker a pay raise and a promotion. She was literally an angel!
