This quest is awful. I had to wait 25 minutes for my appointment and then they wouldn’t do labs because I had my kids with me (which was for personal use and just a cbc???). I asked where in their policy this was and they said on the website. Which is not the case. Would never return to this location.
Each time I use Quest I am reminded of how great the experience is. Check in so simple right from my phone when I arrive. Wait time always 5 minutes or less. In and out in 5 minutes. Staff always welcoming and conscientious.
