My issue is the skill level of the person who draws my blood. I do have small veins and drawing blood seems to challenge some. My last two visits at Quest caused me to have extensive and what I consider extremely unnecessary bruising. It all depends on who's doing the draw. I truly believe it's a training issue and I wish Quest would improve upon the quality of their staff.

I had the best experience with Allary. She has been doing this work for over 20 years and she knows how to make you feel like you are being taken care of. I am always nervous getting blood drawn but I felt no pain or discomfort whatsoever! I highly recommend Allary and this Quest location.

I forgot the name of the phlebotomist that worked with me, but I hope this gets to her in some way. She said she was only one week in of her internship and she did such an amazing job I was really impressed! I believe she was tall, young, and long blonde hair.
