A nice clean location, waited 2 minutes and went right in. Very professional staff.
Horrible
Horrible service! All I'm trying to do is drop off specimen they told me to drop off. No mention of needing to set up another appointment to drop off the specimen i was to collect. Staff acknowledged me and then 40 minutes later, i asked why i couldn't drop off my specimen and was told i had to register first. I told them it's a drop off and i didn't have an appointment. I wasnt told i had to have an appointment just to drop off the sample. This was never mentioned to me in my initial appointment. Staff was rude and kept say... read more
