if you are literally 1 minute late the check in machine makes you reschedule and now you’re stuck here for 2 hours. you still have to have an appointment and even if there’s no one for the next hour, they just won’t take you. you sit here. just take my blood
The low rating is a mystery! Check in was easy, my appointment started earlier than listed, the tech was skilled and pleasant, and the process was quick and painless. I definitely recommend using this location.
Was scared by some of the reviews but my visit was great. Super friendly and expert pain-free blood draw by the younger lady here! (Cheyenne?)
It was easy to check in using your automated system, and my appointment was kept right on time. The phlebotomist is very knowledgeable, kind personable, and showed expertise by the way that she interacted with me.
