The lab is great!! Efficient and good at drawing blood! Painless! The billing department needs to learn how to send in claims! I spent literally 2 hrs on the phone with them and my insurance Regence said they are sending the claim to the wrong place and I was trying to be helpful and tell them where to send the claim and the representative was very rude and disrespectful I work in a dental office and I know how claims work. They need to go back to school and learn how to send in claims! :(:(:(:(
Everything from the check in, to the phlebotomist was so smooth and seamless I told my wife "that was the best experience I've ever had at any medical appointment".
The lack of ability to talk to anyone, from scheduling an appointment to not having anyone at the front desk. They close the door and don't say anything to anyone I. The lobby. The attitude from everyone inside is so disappointing. PLEASE FIND A DIFFERENT LAB.
