The lack of ability to talk to anyone, from scheduling an appointment to not having anyone at the front desk. They close the door and don't say anything to anyone I. The lobby. The attitude from everyone inside is so disappointing. PLEASE FIND A DIFFERENT LAB.
quick but the most painful blood draw experience I’ve had. radiating burning pain down my arm. and this is coming from someone quite used to getting blood taken. the phlebotomist mentioned they “needed a nap” as the needle was going in, maybe that had something to do with it but yikes.
This lab was so great, and the phlebotomist who did my blood draw was literally the best I’ve ever encountered. I normally have very tricky veins and was expecting an unpleasant experience but he was an absolute pro and had no issues. I wish he could do all of my blood draws in the future!

I have no idea why the reviews are so low??? I couldn't have had a better experience!! From entering, it was so efficient, quick moving, and Cindy was so friendly and with all her years taking blood she did an incredible job. I could not even feel the needle!! My husband also had 10 vials taken a week prior and he couldn't even believe what a pain-free experience it was! (He's a bit terrified of needles ). I couldn't recommend this place more!!
