I went in to have my blood drawn and I had The misfortune of getting Shay! at the Keizer Safeway location! She had to be the worst phlebotomist I have ever gotten! Let me start out by saying I am not a hard draw, she was 30 min late, disorganized, she didnt understand the paperwork. She had to stick me 3 times, then got out a different type of needle. And I just said no...... That being said I will not return to Quest in fear I might run into this young lady!!!.
People are extremely rude!The lady came out at 11:15 and said she couldn’t get to me before lunch( I was the only one in the room) I asked what time lunch was she said 12. Patients time dosent seem as important as theirs. Very frustrating!!!
Missed vein twice. Nerve damage in both arms. Never had a problem with blood draw. Do not let someone named Shae draw your blood.
It’s best to make an appointment. I didn’t have to wait and I was taken care of quickly and out of there in no time. Appreciate that they are open on Saturday and located close to home.
