I was able to book a same day appointment due to cancellation, which was nice. But aside from that, I’m currently being tested for a rare autoimmune disease and my blood was taken over a week and a half ago - and I still haven’t been able to get ahold of quest for results, and neither has my provider. I asked the nurse to fax my information, which she didn’t end up doing. I understand medical staff being overwhelmed - I can’t imagine. The whole process was so smooth as I am usually a hard person to draw the blood from ,but this technician found the vein immediately and it was completely pain free.
Great service. Super easy checking in. Lab is next to the pharmacy inside Safeway. I wish people with appointments kept them, or cancel if no longer needed. Based on how Quest tracks people in their system the nurse has to wait on no shows, which just pushes everything. Or maybe quest should start to charge a late fee, or no show fee.
Checking in by text couldn't be simpler and there was zero wait time for me. My phlebotomist was welcoming, skilled, and thorough. Only thing I wish was different was that when calling, you be unable to reach a person to ask questions.
Only waited about ten minutes. I did not catch her name but the one who did my blood work was very nice and quick. The results came back within a day. Will go back
