My appointment today went great! Jose drew my blood and I did not feel a thing! I asked if I could request him all the time! He was very professional and respectful!
I set an appointment. Did the self check in process so they can text me when they were ready to see me. Sat in my car, they text me 30 minutes past my appointment time and I walked in expected to be seen once I got in the building. This did not happen. I sat in the waiting room an additional 20 minutes only for the staff to tell me that they would not see me because it’s an hour past my appointment time and I would have to wait and be processed as a walk in.
Assembly line medicine at it's best. Customer service at it's worst. Rude unhelpful employees. White box waiting room with no way to talk to a receptionist.
