I tried to schedule an appointment online but it didn't work Problem 1. I showed up thinking I had an appointment but no such luck. Problem 2. One of the techs came out and told me I hadn't made an appointment, I told her I did. Problem 3. Your kiosk was the worst. Very impersonal and unprofessional. Problem 4. I was told to wait after all other appointments were done. Problem 5. Finally got in to get my blood drawn, thus tech was nice and polite. It was not a positive experience. Had appointment and was in and out in ten minutes. Staff was friendly and efficient
Great service and location. Make sure you book an appointment in advance, especially for Saturday appts. I wish the Visalia offices rotated Saturday appts but appreciate this one is open.
I’m not a big fan of the self check in process of having to scan my drivers license & insurance card every time I go in, that’s something that I feel should already be on file. But the gal that draws my blood is EXCELLENT!!! She’s extremely kind & her drawing skill is top notch!
