They lost my appointments and told me to make a new appointment right there. They expected me to wait 2 hours despite being 15 minutes early for an appointment they scheduled.
Sad to say Ive had a horrible experience trying to utilize their services. I used this service through my employer to arrange a drug screen. Based on the automated recording on their phone, it states they prioritize appointments over walkins. At the time the person who went to do the drug screen was turned away, the Quest employee stated they were not taking walk ins. The tech told me I owed $115 and my insurance covered the rest. She never said how much the tests cost without insurance. Three months later I get a bill for almost $5000. If they would have been up front with me I would never have gotten the blood tests. Very dishonest in my opinion. I would have walked out the door without the tests if I would have known I would owe so much money. $5000! Insane and it will be a huge burden on my family.
An unpleasant waste of time with unpleasant staff. My doctor sent the order twice with confirmation of receipt, and staff with an attitude don't help anyone or anything. Yuck.
The lab hours are convenient and on site check in is efficient. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. The lab tech I met with was professional and helped with multiple lab orders. My providers did not enter the labs in the Quest system, not a Quest problem. The lab tech worked with me while I made multiple calls to resolve the problem and completed the lab draws. I was there a bit longer than expected but the entire experience was positive and professional.I do recommend Quest Diagnostics for lab services.
