I did not catch her name but the phlebotomist that drew my 1 year old grandbaby's blood that day was phenominal. She had a calm aura about her; she had a pleasant and welcoming demeanor, was patient and knowledgeable and had a positive bedside manner with both me and the baby! The Mays Landing Quest facility has wonderful employees who treat patients with respect and kindness each time I have visited there over the past several years. They are also very professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility.
I was served right on time. I did not feel any pain when Jenniah inserted the needle. She's so gentle and careful.
Tech was very friendly...was is & out of the lab in 5-10 minutes. Great service.
