The phlebotomist was excellent BUT I was verbally attacked, unprovoked, by a homeless drug addict in the waiting room as I attempted to check in...QUEST, IF YOU ALLOW THIS TYPE OF PERSON TO ACCESS YOUR FACILITY, THEN YOU NEED TO HAVE A SECURITY GUARD IN THE WAITING ROOM. It was dangerous and I was very scared and had to wait outside, in the rain, for my appointment. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
Highly recommended it’s quick and friendly with adults and children. Knows how to be with kids.
Unfortunately, only ONE lab tech who was professional, and helpful though its a kiosk to check-in (no person up front) and hopefully your check-in goes smoothly and client has no questions!! Nice to book appointment on-line is a positive
No active receptionist. The reception window is boarded up. An iPad is used to sign in. Spoke with people that have waited 1 12 hours. I’ll try different lab company.
Idk why this place has such a low rating. I easily made an appointment, parking is plentiful, I only sat in the waiting room 3 min past my appointment time even though it was packed, my guy had a great attitude, did an amazing job drawing my blood. I actually enjoyed my appointment! I’ll definitely be going there for all my labs from now on.
