Had an appointment but went early assuming I could walk-in. Nope. They accepted other walk-ins but I had to wait for my appointment. Automated check in not friendly. Long lines, slow service, limited staff, behind schedule.
Creepy dystopian pod with no receptionist or any humans. You’re left with a buggy tablet (that gets cleaned who knows how often?) to attempt to check in. Make an appointment ahead of time, as walk in service would be too convenient to be a reality.
Abel was excellent. He was genuinely friendly, caring, and helpful.
The phlebotomist was excellent BUT I was verbally attacked, unprovoked, by a homeless drug addict in the waiting room as I attempted to check in...QUEST, IF YOU ALLOW THIS TYPE OF PERSON TO ACCESS YOUR FACILITY, THEN YOU NEED TO HAVE A SECURITY GUARD IN THE WAITING ROOM. It was dangerous and I was very scared and had to wait outside, in the rain, for my appointment. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
