Wait times extremely long. I had an appt and wasn’t seen for more than 40 minutes. Disappointing when trying to complete labs on a work day; I would not suggest this location if you have any choice in Sonoma county.
Super friendly staff - the whole experience is fast and efficient. Kiosk check in took two minutes and makes updating insurance info super easy.
They don’t have a real person to check you in. :( You have to use a kiosk and it wasn’t working well. Making everything take longer. I hate it when businesses replace real people with IPads. Also there is no bathroom in the waiting area which was very stressful because I had driven an hour to get here and I expected there to be a bathroom I could use while I waited. Had an appointment but went early assuming I could walk-in. Nope. They accepted other walk-ins but I had to wait for my appointment. Automated check in not friendly. Long lines, slow service, limited staff, behind schedule.
Creepy dystopian pod with no receptionist or any humans. You’re left with a buggy tablet (that gets cleaned who knows how often?) to attempt to check in. Make an appointment ahead of time, as walk in service would be too convenient to be a reality.
