The most I can say for these guys is that they're fast. I got a comprehensive metabolic panel because I'm trying to become a living liver donor. They incorrectly recorded my sex as 'female' (even though my account profile shows me as male, and I never claimed otherwise). This affects the calculation of some values like eGFR, making mine look incorrectly low and potentially disqualifying me. Fast, efficient, (pretty) painless, and simple. The only hassle is sometimes finding parking.
I've complained in the past for different reasons about this location. This time, once I finally got an appointment the process was seamless, the reception room was not too full, I barely took a seat before getting called. Not just that, Chloe was by far the most charming and skilled phlebotomist I've encountered at Quest. They are lucky to have her... wishing you all the same great customer experience!
My technician was pleasant, conversational, and professional. Overall an excellent experience!
