Overall a very positive experience in the form of easy scheduling, straightforward checkin, and good/reliable parking. I made three separate visits, across three successive days, to three distinct Quest locations, no thanks to the first phlebotomist who claimed that my order involved too many tests and too much blood for my health-sake. I later learned from another phlebotomist, at another location, that all of my ordered tests were well under 100 vials -- less than a pint that blood donors give (as I had surmised). While I usually dread coming here because of the way it is so hard to take my blood (and the unavoidably long wait time to do so), the phlebotomist Amari (I hope I spelled that right) deserves an outstanding amount of recognition. I have never had someone draw my blood so effortlessly, especially mid conversation so I could stay distracted. Wow, she was so welcoming and kind too. What an amazing phlebotomist. Amari eased all of my anxiety without even seeming to try. Incredibly skilled in her trade. Thank you
I had an excellent experience at Quest. Scheduling was simple using the Quest app, parking was easy and I was checked in on and welcomed within a couple of minutes of arriving. The technician was very pleasant and professional. She also gently guided me as I’m blind. Overall, the best experience I have ever had having my blood drawn in 40 years.
Takes way too long to receive results - especially compared to other labs in town. Not recommended.
Cameron was very friendly and professional. I appreciated that.
