The having to make an appointment for each to pick up and drop off a stool sample is ridiculous. To add to that having to wait with said frozen sample past my appt time and then be asked if it’s still frozen when I sit down. And then to have entered my insurance info so.many.times to have none of it be saved but generally Work but this time the person who is not a trained admin can’t help me AND no front office people. 2 hou 40 min wait with an appointment.
The person I worked with was incredibly rude. She lectured me about paperwork, which I had nothing to do with, and she explained how I, and people like me, add to everybody elses workload and wait time. I ended up having to ask her to stop going on about my "wasting her time" and return to the work at hand...ironically, she had stopped working while you chewed me out. My first visit to Quest (a year or so ago) was horrible. People matter! Customer service matters. The person taking my labs was rushed, unfriendly, and curt. I chose to switch providers so I wouldn't have to use Quest again. Fast forward to the present. My new primary doctor uses Quest. I was NOT looking forward to having my labs drawn through Quest.
