Abysmal service every single time as a regular, albeit reluctant user of quest services. The fact that they replaced any desk staff with check-in kiosk is so morally bankrupt and I see elderly or other not tech savvy people struggle with it every time I'm herr. Also, you cannot talk to a person if you have any questions about your appointment or who you'll be seeing. I believe her name is Katie, the phlebotomist, who drew my blood, was amazing. I'm somewhat of a hard poke being an ex IV drug user of 20 plus years. She got it first attempt and was very pleasant and professional. Adam is also the best.
They are very efficient and kind here although some of the not so busy staff need to keep their conversations quieter especially swearing, but that’s nothing worse than my own language just others might take offense.
