I was told that I needed tests from quest diagnostics. I tried to make an appointment online and they didn't accept my password which was saved in Google password manager. I tried to say that I forgot my password and they said that I had no email address or phone number listed which was wrong. So I tried to create a new account because it was required to access my medical records. All very smooth and employees were wonderful
No one available to help with check in or to answer questions so the technicians are trying to multitask and are not able to keep up with the work load effectively. Long wait time even with appointment. Technician nice, but not very knowledgeable. Wanted a payment method even though my insurance has always paid 100% of the charges in the past and I expect them to for this lab work also.
