My PCP had sent my lab order to Quest on Division Ave. in Eugene, OR either 2 or 3 times, to make absolutely sure it would be there a couple of days ahead of my appointment. When I arrived, the lab tech said it was never received. He refused to take ten seconds to tell me the best number to fax it to. I *was* able to get my PCP to fax it again, and magically, the lab tech got it. Quest has done this several times, where they can't find the lab order when I arrived. Your employees are overworked and don't have customer service training. Only one employee was on duty when I arrived, then the other one came back from lunch. Perhaps Quest should invest more $ in their employees so they can be happier and in turn create a friendlier workplace.
