The employees at this location are great. My after draw experience has been TERRIBLE! After 4 weeks, 6 phone calls, 4 online chats, I have no results. On the 6th call they said they needed the doctor to call and authorize the tests. They confirmed they have orders from the Dr. requesting the test, still active in their system, but refuse to run them until my Dr calls them. Huh? Doesn't an online order mean he wants them?
The wait for walk-ins was not long!

ZERO stars. They only ever have one person working, a person can barely get an appointment, can't ask a question, can't just drop off samples, don't have anyone in reception, and refused to refrigerate a sample while we waited, compromising the sample. It's always like this. Horrible service. And they take FOREVER with each patient. I can hear everything that goes on in the blood draw area, which compromises patient privacy, but also they are SOOOOO SLOOOOW it's like sloths work here.
