This is the second Quest I have been to this week. I am not at all happy with the phlebotomists at either clinic. Each time the first phlebotomist made two attempts with no success. Each time they called the more experienced person who was able to make the blood draw on their first attempt. The bruises left do not look good. I have had many blood draws over the last two years and these are the worst at the procedure. I have already talked with my doctor and informed her I will not be returning to any Quest lab.
I had to wait for almost a hour fasting if you have a appointment is better .
I consistently have to get blood work done, and they're so great at getting me in and out painlessly. Just make sure you make an appointment before going in.
I'm allergic to the glue on the white paper tape and bandages used after a blood draw. I wish Quest had Coban tape available for people like me. However, the phlebotomist said that Quest does not provide Coban and that the phlebotomist could not use the Coban I brought from home.
