I made an appointment for 10am, showed up at 930 and still wasn't called until 1030. Absolutely ridiculous! I was called in AFTER I asked why others who came in after me were being called in. The staff promptly dismissed my inquiry, stating "we're running behind".
I had an appointment at 1:00 as I type it is 1:10 p.m. I had to pick up my children and asked the tech how long it would be and she stated we are running behind the schedule. I wonder what is the reason for scheduling and how can you run behind the schedule if you follow the schedule. Very disappointed. I also felt like walk ins were taken first before me
Well, the good news is that you can find appointments pretty fast. The bad news is that they are late, and you need to sign in and wait for something as silly as getting collection supplies. THEN sign in again when you drop it off! Ridiculous. And the chairs are extremely uncomfortable. Will stick to labcorp from now on.
The staff was nasty not helpful at all We had to make 2 trips because the labs were incomplete. The phlebotomist was very very nasty . Don't come here
