First he started reading the script in public so let's throw patient confidentiality out the window. Then if I waited any longer I could have probably driven to the actual lab where they tested it and done it there. Let's fire this guy before you all get some law suits from me and others.
I visited the Lindenhurst office today the staff are very professional and greet with a smile. The Tech. that assist in my blood work did a wonderful job, because I didn't feel a thing. Thank you
Receptionist is very rude and not helpful at all. Even after talking with the doctors office, they call us the following week to state they still can't run tests without more information from doctor. For a simple pre-surgery screening? Then good luck getting ANYONE to answer a phone, either here or at 866 MYQUEST. Absolutely terrible.
