The lady poked me twice and couldn’t draw blood. Then she blamed me for not drinking water 🤷♀️. Ive never been in a situation when I had to return without being able to give a blood sample because they didn’t know how to draw blood. And then she asked me to come again or go to another location for blood draw. 🤷♀️
The nurse was very brusque, so I was kind of scared, but she wasn't mean either. I know some people wouldn't like that especially if they're anxious, but it wasn't bad for me because she was still professional and straightforward, and that's always the most important. And OMG I was surprised. One of the best blood work experiences. A pinch would hurt more than this. It didn't really feel like anything. 10/10 skills!
Put a sign that say “Walk-ins not allowed” you can’t make a person wait in your lobby for 30 minutes and then come and say sorry no walkins… Especially the lady who spoke to me feels like she is running the whole country, keep dreaming madam.
Amazing phlebotomist. Promised blood tests in 1-2 days. Now at day 6 and called to get results. I was on hold for one hour and told I’d have the results by the end of the day. Still no results. I will go back to Northwestern to get my bloodwork. As I’m a physician, I will also alert all my patients to the ridiculous delay in getting results and recommend against using Quest! The lady was seriously rude. Worst person I have ever met in my life. The door of the center was closed 10 mins before the time. Never come to the center. This is the worst worst worst.
