The ease of scheduling an online appointment along with a discount gave me a greater incentive to schedule my appointment. The tech saw me as scheduled. I would recommend Quest for your blood work!
The sigh-on interface is too fancy, confusing, not considerable, and inconvenient. I had to wait for two gentlemen to figure out how to use it, and when it is finally my turn, one of my appointment was cancelled because it is exactly 15 minutes late. The sign-in demanded insurance card be scanned, but our insurance company only sends digital format, and the machine does not take it and won't proceed without it. The programming needs to be adjusted.
Great experience today, this is my third year in a row for testing at this location. Basically in/out in 10 minutes, very efficient process Isaac was my tech guy, very friendly and professional person Recommend this location
I arrived at 9:51 for my 9:50 appointment. Got back in my car following the blood dry at 9:58 Incredible that the entire process took 7 minutes! Very impressive!!
I just wanted to share my experience at Quest Diagnostics in Vernon Hills. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 a.m., but I arrived early, hoping to have my blood drawn before my appointment time. I was having trouble signing in as a walk-in because the system only recognized my scheduled appointment. Issac came out, noticed I was having trouble, and asked if I needed help.
