Very horrible experience. Find another location! Took my daughter and told them in advance that she is nervous and gets nauseous. Lady (older) goes on to describe everything in detail to a nervous girl, does not tie the torniquet tight, inserts needle in a side vein, starts fiddling after it is in the body saying blood is not coming after she collects a fourth of the vial, and when my girl is collapsing in the chair and we are asking for a place to lie down does nothing and starts yelling at me and her. Every time I go here I’ve waited over an hour with an appointment. They are either slow as sloths or severely understaffed! Go to another lab!
Staff was very friendly and appointment on time. However, the phlebotomist forgot to draw blood for one of the tests ordered. Trying to get someone on the phone after they left a message was impossible.
Staff is kind, efficient and considerate. We have results back quickly! Easy place to take my husband and for me to go for bloodwork.
Located at Sky Ridge medical Center. Timely and efficient. The phlebotomist was excellent!
