I have had good experiences at Quest but not at this particular location and I will not be back to this one unfortunately. After I checked in and was called back, the first thing the lady said to me was complaining about the person before me. I told her I was sorry that some customers can be difficult. I sat in the chair and had a question for her about the labs that were being drawn for that morning. Her reap was "How am I supposed to know what your doctor said to you??" Excellent care & services!
Nay, the phlebotomist, was amazing. I did not feel the stick at all! I'm going to try to come here whenever she's on schedule. She was also informative, kind, and upbeat. Great person to keep on staff!
