I had my blood drawn and was the easiest. Usually they can't find a vein and have to poke around. This whole episode was great.
The phlebotomist at Quest inside Tom Thumb on Cross Timbers in Flower Mound was PHENOMENAL. Great personality, and I literally did not feel the needle - a first for me! That girl needs a raise, and she should train other phlebotomists on how to do it just right!
Very efficient, professional, and caring staff.
This location is wonderful—very clean and fast. The staff is friendly, and the procedure was completely painless. I would go back anytime. The lady who took my blood was the best I’ve ever had. She was very personable, extremely professional, and deserves five stars. One of the best blood draw experiences I’ve ever had.
