No customer service whatsoever. I was 9 minutes late, made a second appointment, while I was there and waited for over an hour to be seen. People didn’t show and my appointment was skipped. I don’t recommend this location for labs.
Had an appointment for a full lab. My yearly. Made an early appointment. Keeta got me in and out even before my scheduled time!!! She was fantastic !! Never even felt the needle stick. Thank you Keeta !!
I wish I could give Nae a Nobel Peace Prize for advancing the art of phlebotomy because she is a blood-drawing queen. I am a total needle baby and she was so gentle and fast it took like five minutes to draw 3 vials because she’s just that good. Easily one of the best phlebotomists in DFW highly recommend this location. Come early and check in at the kiosk.
