Always polite and professional. Been going there for years.
The technician had an attitude with me from the beginning. She was hostile and rude, then yelled at me when I did not want to give her a credit card. She charged me three times my copay twice to get the lab work done. Her name was “Nae”. I do not understand why I am being charged so much for a copay with you when I know that my labs are $20 for the draw. Then she told me I had to pay twice even though I was there for one visit.
Very clean and convenient place and Very nice techs.
Second time at this location. First time no problems, quick in and out. The second time was not great She ( Percilla?) seemed to have an attitude as soon as I arrived. Huffing and buffing under her breath,sending me in and out of the room. She had to draw blood from both of my arms ( not a good blood flow) and my arms are so bruised. Never seen bruises this bad! Both arms are black and purple after 5 days! Worst experience ever Also she forgot to do all the tests ordered by the doctor. Did NOT go back to finish them.
