Zero STARS! Horrible customer service, rude, dismissive, and unbelievably unprofessional! I had an appointment, did a mobile check in. Apparently, it didn't check me in. When I spoke with the lab tech she was rude, asked me why I didn't check the kiosk. I told her because all the instruction said all you have to do was mobile check in. I get it technology is an issue sometimes but the attitude like I was bothering her and sharp answers, unwilling to help floored me! I will never go to this location again!!!
Very courteous staff. I was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival time, and the blood draw was very skilled. Who doesn't love getting labs and getting jabbed? This girl. But the jab was so precise i didn't realize i was being stuck. I was in and out quick! The Tom Thumb location is the best
