The Phlebotomist was extremely quick and efficient. She was professional and friendly as well. It took only a few minutes and no pain at all. It was a great experience. She did a good job.
The people who work here are nice, but the way it is set up for appointments is despicable. No real person on the phone, and a kiosk when you walk in through the door. What is wrong with these people? Terrible business model.
Nice staff and clean facility.
I was a little confused about the appointment system. But once I got in there the technician took such good care of me. My veins can be tricky and she nailed it first go. Took what I said about possibly fainting seriously and treated me with kindness. I wish I could remember her name. I just really appreciate how easy she made it.
