I had a fasting blood work appointment at 11:20. I checked in at 9:30 AM. There was no waiting in the lobby. I requested them, if I can check in as a walk-in. They didn't allow me to do that. I waited there. At 11 AM, they cleared 4 walk-ins. When I questioned them, I got the answer th as t my appointment is at 11:20 so I will have to wait.
My arm is so bruised after going here. They were nice enough but ouch!
Wait times are insane. On top of it AC was turned off
After pointing out that the tech did not swab my arm at all with an alcohol wipe and still tried to insert the needle in, I pulled back and asked to please swab my arm first. She became quite rude and when she went to remove the needle, she pulled it up vertically ripping the sight and leaving a nice sized bubble where she tore the vein. She needs to be let go. Arm is very bruised. They just don’t give a shit about being thorough on their taught practices. Never going here ever again!!!
Out of the various testing labs I interface with, Quest is my favorite. The people are good, and the speed of the results are outstanding.
