This place is filthy. The lobby is fine but the bathroom (extra ew, having to pee in a cup in there) floors, everything needs a deep clean. If this was a restaurant and I walked in, I wouldn't eat there. There was clutter and dust everywhere. A layer of grime on everything but the medical equipment. Unfortunately my insurance doesn't give me a choice, but I'm 100% driving to a different location next time I need blood work and hoping it's better.

Very quick service only took about 10 minutes between waiting and getting my blood drawn! Barely even felt the needle go in would definitely return in the future!
There is no receptionist here. You have to sign in via two tablets in the lobby. One of the tablets did not work. Lots of people in the waiting room frustrated as there is nobody to talk to. Older people can't register as they not as tech savvy. We all had to help others. Quest Diagnostics made $871 million in profit in 2024 so they can definitely afford a receptionist. The leadership of this company should be ashamed of themselves.
