On arrival My Appointment was not in your system. This despite receiving your confirmation email and code(that was not recognized). Showing this to your excellent staff, they worked me in. Bravo to staff, boo to Quest reservations system.
Deeply disappointed with the lack of personal care at this facility. There is no reception. I checked in at a kiosk as a walk in and waited for about 45 minutes. When I was able to get the attention of a nurse calling another patient in, I asked for assistance about the waitlist and she told me I do not have an appointment. I would be called in only if another patient is not available. I came in at 7:30 a.m. and was not able to get in by 9 a.m.
The service was wonderful
My appointment was on time and test completed within 5 minutes.
