Walk in’s NOT WELCOME. Do not go unless you have an appointment. Two an half hour wait and they were rude to all people that walked in. Don’t understand why there have walk in’s welcome sign on the front door.
My wife and I have used Quest in Seal Beach a dozen times. They are OUTSTANDING. We check in with our phones upon arriving, almost no wait time and the technicians are experts at finding your veins painlessly!
I had a really bad experience today at the Seal Beach location. I had an appointment at 6:30 AM but when I got there, there was a power outage. When they told me I needed to reschedule, an employee started laughing at me. I ignored her and proceeded to try and reschedule through the website. That was when the employee who laughed at me got a little aggressive. She rudely said I needed to leave and go to my car to make the appointment. I told her she didn't need to be rude about it.
