If you are doing a walk-in, do it early morning or after 1:00. You will not get any help from this company on the phone or at the office with no front desk. Try using the underground parking lot. And they leave at 11:40 to 1:00 for lunch even though it's supposed to be 12 to 1. The reason for all the stars is Wendy Munoz, she is an exemplary employee. Do NOT come here to drop off a sample. Just go to the labcorp literally next door, if you can. I have never had to wait to drop off a sample not at Quest or LabCorp. But here? I waited over an hour for the worker to print a barcode. That was it, took less than a minute. The whole ordeal lasted 68 minutes total, 65 minutes of waiting, 2 minutes to enter in my referral information and make a call because he doesn’t know how to do his job, one minute to give me the barcode to put on the sample. This place is a joke. They never told me I needed to schedule an appointment to simply drop something off. In all the time I was there getting tests nobody thought to tell me? But sure as heck they give you a slip of paper and ask you to give them a good review on the survey! Then I get here and use the system to check in and the system says, “you are checked in. Here is your number. Someone will call you shortly.” Then you sit here for 30+ minutes for someone to finally come out only to be told, “no, that’s not how it work... read more

First time coming here and I must say that I'm highly impressed. The service here was pretty quick and easy. I literally only waited five minutes in the lobby. The check-in is pretty simple as well. Just make sure you bring your ID and insurance card so that you can scan it. I absolutely loved the staff. They wasted no time with getting people in and out. Appointments are highly recommended, so definitely schedule one.

Customer service non-existent. Lab technicians are rude and non-carring. The reception window is shut and boarded from inside. No one in the receptionist place to talk to. Came in for my appointment on time. Checked in through my cellphone. The system didn't register me. I was ignored for 30 minutes until I asked what happened. They told me that I didn't check in and said to get on stand-by list. Waited another hour to get lab samples taken.
