I want to leave a review for the phlebotomist who just drew my blood at Quest Diagnostics in San Pedro. Junior did an excellent job! I am usually a hard patient to work with, not to mention I had about three orders from different doctors that I absolutely needed to get done by today.Junior was amazing. He is an absolute pro. Okay, so seriously this place has the worst staff I ever seen In a lab, they so slow and there is people waiting for hours , when I asked to speak with a manager the guy with curly hair stated if you want to complain no service will be given ton you! The corporate need to investigate this location

I brought my father, who is a Stage IV cancer patient, for laboratory testing that required him to fast and remain on an empty stomach. We were told the wait time would be 30–60 minutes, but we ended up waiting well over 3 hours. During that entire time, my father could not eat, drink, or take his medications because the tests required fasting. I had the best phlebotomist today, his name is Junior. Anyone who gets junior or “Jun“ would be very fortunate. He’s a very happy old soul and he’s quick precise. gets the job done. Couldn’t even feel a pinch! Thank you, Junior.

First time coming here and I must say that I'm highly impressed. The service here was pretty quick and easy. I literally only waited five minutes in the lobby. The check-in is pretty simple as well. Just make sure you bring your ID and insurance card so that you can scan it. I absolutely loved the staff. They wasted no time with getting people in and out. Appointments are highly recommended, so definitely schedule one.
